Hello everyone, we are back with a new competition. The sole purpose of this competition is to incentivize our users to post interesting content on our platform to help our online community grow. Our goal is to make FrontPage.PK the #1 online community of Pakistan. Therefore, the users who contribute to our goal as part of this competition will receive cash prizes from us on weekly basis.
How to participate
To be able to participate in the content competition you must first get promoted in our system and then you will be allowed to create new topics.
Step 1: Get promoted in our system
To get promoted in our system you need to create an account and then visit our website regularly for a few days. During this time, enjoy the content other people are posting, participate in the discussions and learn what kind of content people like the most. You will need this learning when you get promoted to enable you to produce content that can help you win the competition. To get started here are a few discussions you can participate in:

Step 2: Create the highest-quality content
Once you get promoted, you will be able to create a new topic. You will only be allowed to create 1 new topic per day after which your content will be evaluated. Based on your content score, you will be allowed to create a new topic after some waiting period. The more score your content gets, the lesser the waiting period you will experience between your topics.
Judgment criteria
We will use the following guidelines to decide the winners:
- Number of likes your topic gets in the first 24 hours of posting.
- Number of shares of your topic on the social network esp Facebook.
- Originality, uniqueness, and informativeness of your content.
- Writing style and quality of the content overall.
- Amount of user engagement around your topic.
- Value your content adds to our platform as a whole.
Competition schedule
We will follow this schedule for the first 5 weeks:

Cutoff date: This is the date before which a topic must be created to be included in the specified week’s competition. Otherwise, the topic will be eligible for the following week’s competition. Example: Topic created on the 4th March will be included in Week 1 and a topic created on 5th March will be included in Week 2.
Based on the results, we will extend the competition beyond just 5 weeks.
Content ideas
The whole purpose of the competition is to incentivize our users to create the highest quality content that others can enjoy! Therefore, you are free to share any kind of content that you feel others will enjoy as long as the content doesn’t violate our content policy listed in the next section. To give you some ideas you can create topics such as:
- Your analysis on a news
- A discussion topic on politics/sports/showbiz etc.
- An interesting meme
- An interesting YouTube video with your commentary
- Or anything else that will make FrontPage.PK an interesting place
Content policy
While creating any new content, users must adhere to our content policy or their accounts will be deleted. The content posted on this website:
- Shouldn’t contain any offensive material.
- Should be fact-based and not propagate fake news.
- Should be original, well researched, and not copy-pasted from elsewhere on the internet.
- Shouldn’t contain any copyrighted material without due credit.
Please note that the content policy applies to not just the topics that you create but also to the replies you post on any topics.
Winning posts
We have created a list of guidelines that can enable you to create the highest quality content that can help you win the competition. From our experience, the posts with high scores have the following characteristics:
- Use titles that drive curiosity in the reader and make them want to click.
- Use thumbnail images that are eyecatching.
- Are about the topics that Pakistani youth find interesting.
- Are informative for the reader; don’t contain content that everyone already knows.
- Without explicitly asking for it, compel the reader to:

). - Post a reply and engage in a discussion.
- Share with friends and family on other social media platforms.

- Are concise but complete and are readable within 2-5 minutes. Longer posts are also fine but only if the content is easy to follow and has outlines, a summary, and has very well-organized paragraphing structure.
Termination
Users who will do the following will be removed from the community:
- Not adhering to the above-mentioned rules.
- Not following the content policy.
- Creating fake accounts to drive user engagement on their own posts to increase posts’ scores (we can catch that very easily).
These rules will be updated constantly to adapt to the developing situation, so keep track of updates on this post.
